1. Govern academic plans and programs and plan their development and updating according to best international practices.
2. Develop courses that are consistent with global trends and contemporary experiences related to student development and skills enhancement.
3. Establish systematic mechanisms and standards for developing academic plans and programs in accordance with academic accreditation standards.
4. Evaluate academic plans and work to develop them in accordance with academic accreditation and labor market requirements.
5. Provide support to colleges and academic departments in developing academic programs and plans.
6. Prepare the necessary guides and templates for developing academic plans and establish systems and regulations for plan development.
7. Monitor the updating and development of academic programs.
8. Working to improve and enhance the educational outcomes of study programs in line with the requirements of national development.
